Learn traditional Chinese characters by playing
The same Mandarin as the simplified levels — same pinyin, same tones, same words — written in the forms used in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.
Play in Traditional ChineseWhich one should you learn?
It depends where you are headed, not on which is better. Mainland China and Singapore use simplified; Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau use traditional. Many characters are identical either way — 日, 人, 口 — and the ones that differ mostly differ in a component you can learn as a pattern: 學 and 学, 國 and 国, 門 and 门. If your textbook shows 學, this is the set you want.
Ordered by HSK level
The characters follow the HSK 3.0 levels, so they line up with whatever course you are taking, with the traditional form of each character and its pinyin and meaning.
