Letter Blotch

In the spirit of the classic catch-the-falling-things game.

A plane drops a crate of mail — type its letter to open it. Then catch every blot of ink the villain drops, in the giant ink well, before it smudges the mail.

How it plays

Each round opens with a delivery: a crate floats down on a parachute, and typing its letter pops it open, spilling envelopes along the ground. Then the villain on the rooftop drops blots of ink, each aimed at an envelope and carrying that envelope’s character. Type it and the ink well slides under the blot and catches it.

Why it helps you read

Every blot shows you exactly which letter it threatens, so each keystroke pairs a character with its match on the ground — reading twice over.
